REVIEW REVEALED : Urban Decay Ultra Saturated Cream Liner in Peversion

This was a highly rave product in the beauty community, so I decided to add it to my bucket list and my brother got it for me another sentimental piece. All I hear was nothing but good reviews and how amazing it was, blackest water resistant, smudge proof and all that. Well..... Here's what I thought and what I experience.

Pros

1. Black, Super ultra black
2. Easy to Apply, pretty smooth
3. Did not Stain my lids.
4. Easy to remove with Makeup Remover
5. Water resistant (Don't Rub, pad it)

Cons

• Smudge after 2 Hours wear. Meaning it transfer from top to my bottom lash line.
• It does not set properly, if you touch it the product will move.
• Will stay on longer if your use a primer not too long but just a lil longer
• Lines are a lil rough and bumpy you don't get a clean line.
• It dries too fast 
• flakes sometimes

Was really disappointing, I tried many ways to love this product but it ain't a good one for long wear or humid season. I even tried wearing this in an air con place which was cold but it still transfer I need to go to the toilet and clean up. =( 

Please, does any one now how to make it work? I really wanna love it!
