Ramadhan Buffet at Vistana Hotel
In conjunction with the upcoming holy month of Ramadhan, Vistana Hotel have come out with a Ramadhan Buffet Menu that has a variety of dishes that will tickle your taste buds and satisfy your cravings. Come on, you gotta admit that sometimes we do crave for more than one item on a menu. With Ramadhan coming up and all the delicious dishes popping up everywhere a buffet like this will satisfy your greedy taste buds.
The theme of this years Ramadhan Buffet by Vistana Hotel is "Tok Wan 101 Recipes"
It will start from 19th June to 16th July 2015 -
RM 65 nett per head ( Adult ) RM 30 nett per head ( Child : 4-12 ) at Vistana Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan. (psss.. price including GST)
The name " Tok Wan " originate from the colloquial Pahang State term for ' Grandmother '
And many of us know that grandma's food is always the best, so yummy that not having a second serving is torture.
Tok Wan 101 by Vistana promises an assortment of fresh tangy salads such as kerabu mangga, kerabu sotong and kerabu ayam, a healthy selection of Ulam- ulaman served with sambals and sauces including, samabal belacan, cecaluk, tempoyak, budu and sambal nenas. Typing this is not helping, cause I'm salivating just thinking about it..
The list don't just stop there, hearty soup daging ( one of my fav), Laksa, Pasembur, BBQ, Ais Kacang and many more.
I can't describe every dish because there are too much and it will become a very long blog post, but i will torture your taste buds with my pictures, *wink*

The hotel also have prayer rooms for our dear muslim friends, please do not think that if you are not a muslim you can't join the ramadhan. It's all about sharing food and exchanging culture, we should not stereotype anyone. Food Unites everyone. =)
