Grand Opening of GARTIEN & Official Launch of Limited Edition MidAutumnFestival Packaging | 2014

Tired of mainstream moon cakes, jelly moon cakes and snow skin moon cake for the upcoming Mid Autumn festival?

Well sink you teeth into this yummy cake for this coming Mid Autumn festival. 

Gartien has launched it's limited edition packaging for this coming Mid Autumn Festival, together with it's store's grand opening. 

Walking into the store is a satisfying feeling, a beautiful pineapples cakes aroma greats you with love.

Finger Foods by Bamboo was served during the Opening

Not forgetting the main character in this event, Pineapple Cakes By Gartien were served too. 

A wall deco that are Polaroids of happy customers, creative & beautiful

There's also a lion dance performance that is a symbol of bringing prosperity & chasing the bad omen away.

The Opening ceremony was officiated by YB Dr.Afif B. Bahardin, President of Pertanian & Industri Asas Tani, Pembangunan Luar Bandar & Kesihatan, witnessed by the Gatien's Pastry Chef Joseph Tan, YB Teh Lai Heng, State Assemblyman of Komtar, Tuan Haji Ahmad, Director Of Pertanian Pulau Pinang, Dato Dr. Kenny Ong, Group Executive Chairman of MTT Group of Companies & Mr. Lee See Hai, main Partner. 

 

Look at that beautiful Packaging, it was design by a local artist too.

It's very retro and unique, most suitable to be given as gifts.

Not only that the pineapple use to make the Fillings are local Penang Pineapples.

GARTIEN now provide parking for customers, so don't fret if you can't find parking just follow the map.

The more I look at the Packaging the more I fell in love, beautiful & unique 

My fav lil guy came & join my party too, he too loves the pineapple cakes.

Now the Pineapple cakes, look at the golden buttery crust and the beautiful pineapple filling. Some These are not jam type fillings but pure pineapple filling you can taste the texture as the crust melts in your mouth without leaving chucks. The Pastry itself is also very well made & Baked.

The Pineapple cake is best served with tea, from Traditional Chinese to fancy Black Teas. I prefer mine with Green Tea.

In a whole, the Grand Opening was Grand.
The ambiance of the Store, I just love it.
Food Selection not so much though.

The Pineapple cakes taste awesome, time for some Change say Hello to the Pineapple cakes during the Mid Autumn Festivals. Rather than just having Moon Cakes why not add in the Pineapple cakes, variety is a party.

Booking Order BEFORE 4 August 2014 for 5 Boxes & Above will be entitled to A Box Free

Booking Order AFTER 4 August 2014( Upon Availability) For 10 Boxes & Above will be entitled A Box Free.

Each box with 10 Pieces of Pineapple cakes inside is RM45 Each Box ( Self Collect)
A fix courier charge of RM10 & RM40 will be applicable to all deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia Respectively.

The Price of each box is fixed throughout the year.
